Pronto provided excellent and trusted service. They were able to drop off and pick up the container as needed. I will certainly call them again for my other construction projects.

Great Service. The person on the phone helped us with choosing the proper size and she made sure we will have the dumpster at the time we needed. This is the tired time we use Pronto. They are... great. more

If I could put zero stars I would. These people completely destroyed my stomp edge and took no responsibility for it. Besides all of that, the lady named nancy was the rudest person i’ve ever... spoken to. The DRIVER (Pedro truck 211) ruined my property and she was not understanding whatsoever and just proceeded to scream at me on the phone as well as give me attitude and did not try to hear me out or try to help. They also claimed I went over the ton that is allowed but I did not (which I have proof of) they did this just to want to charge me more and find an excuse for ruining my property. Also, if you get Pedro on truck 211 as your pick up driver I’d be careful. He’s the reason why my property got completely destroyed. If this happens to you don’t expect to get any compensation back. I suggest to just find a better place than Pronto waste; someone who actually cares about their customers and there concerns. Pronto waste and very unprofessional, a scam, and extremely rude.
