Excellent service, arrived on time, pickup on time, excellent I will use them again

I recently used pronto waste for a 10 yard dumpster at my house. I had the dumpster delivered and emptied several times throughout my project. Overall the company and their service was great,... except for one of the drivers that came one day. Without notice he drove his very large dump truck over my paver driveway displacing and cracking some of the pavers in the process. Every other driver prior to him had advised of their arrival prior to entering my property with their truck, so that I could advise of which route to take when backing up through my yard. I informed the company of the occurrence and received an apology, but that was it. Again, other than this specific driver, their promptness in delivery and pickup was great. more

30 yard dumpster was beautifully painted Miami colors and clean. It was a delight to have in our property. It was my first time using Pronto, but we will use them moving forward in all our State... parks. more

They helped us with the right dumpster. I enjoy working with them. Otherwise one point the did the unexpected just to accommodate our need. Thank you.

For three months we used pronto doomsters. We started with the 40 and later had the 20 yard. Over 3 months we got to know most of the drivers. Nice people. We'll use them again

I got hit with an overage charge. The dumpster only had cardboard and a few plywood. Requested the invoice from the dump to verify the overage but they never replied.
